Ticketing Information

Entry to the Point-to-Point Races is £5 per person and £5 per car.

Book your tickets in advance and for every four passes purchased get a car pass for free!

As well as seven fantastic steeple chases and two pony races we have a parade of the Banwen hounds, licensed bar, book makers, farmers market and much more!

Directions to the course

Our Point-to-Point course is located at Pentreclwydau, near Resolven in the Neath Valley.  The course is accessible from the A465 'Heads of the Valleys' road, linking to the M4 (Junction 43) to the south and A40 to the east.

The postcode for the course is SA11 4DU - the map below indicates the location of the course in relation to the A465, and its connecting road, the B4242.

 

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

The Banwen Miners Point-to-Point steeple chases are an established and highly popular sporting event, both among Point-to-Point supporters and the local community of Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea. 

The annual May Bank Holiday staging of the races makes for a very popular family day out - up to 3,000 spectators can be in attendance.
